About GRN

A community-run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 network. No corporate backing, no ads, no data selling — just servers that stay up and people who play on them.

What we run

Gamers Revolution Network operates dedicated Modern Warfare 3 servers on Plutonium IW5. That covers standard multiplayer — Team Deathmatch, Domination, Search & Destroy, Kill Confirmed and the rest — plus a set of fun-mode servers for Infected and Gun Game, and Spec Ops Survival for people who'd rather fight waves than other players.

Every server is vanilla-focused. The weapons behave the way they did in 2011. Where we do run a modded playlist, it says so in the server name, and it's never the default.

How it's funded

Hosting comes out of pocket and out of VIP memberships. There are no ads on this site, no trackers, and nothing about your data is for sale. VIP gets you a reserved slot and some cosmetics — it will never get you an advantage in a firefight, because that would defeat the point of running vanilla servers.

How it's moderated

A volunteer admin team covers most hours of the day across both regions. Cheating gets a permanent ban. Bigotry gets a permanent ban. Everything else escalates, and every ban is logged publicly on the ban list with the admin who issued it.

This website

The site queries each game server directly over UDP on a short interval, which is where the live player counts, maps and scoreboards come from. Persistent statistics come from the server-side stats plugin. Everything is available through a read-only public API if you want to build something on top of it.
