Terms of service

Gamers Revolution Network (GRN) is a volunteer-run community operating Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 game servers on the Plutonium IW5 client, together with this website.

GRN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Activision Publishing, Inc., Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games, or the Plutonium project. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to play on GRN servers. You must own a legitimate copy of Modern Warfare 3. GRN does not distribute game files and never will.

The full rules are on the rules page. In summary, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits or any software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players, including through hate speech of any kind.
• Disrupt gameplay through team killing, blocking, spawn trapping or idling.
• Advertise other services or spam chat.
• Impersonate staff or other players.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, database or this website.

Admins may kick, mute, or ban any player at their discretion, with or without prior warning, where they believe the rules have been broken.

Access to GRN servers is a privilege, not a purchase. Being banned does not entitle you to compensation, including if you hold an active VIP membership.

Appeals are handled through the GRN Discord. Permanent bans require a second admin to confirm.

VIP memberships are voluntary contributions towards hosting costs. They grant cosmetic features and a reserved slot. They never grant gameplay advantages.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

GRN servers and this website are provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, data retention or continued operation. Statistics may be reset, corrected or lost. Servers may be shut down at any time.

Anything you send in game chat or submit to the site may be logged, displayed publicly, and used for moderation. Do not send anything you would not want recorded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRN and its staff are not liable for any loss arising from use of the servers or this website, including loss of statistics, VIP time or access.

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced in Discord and recorded on the changelog. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
