Refund policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the perks have not been substantially used. Substantially used means the reserved slot has been used to join a full server, or a cosmetic has been applied and kept for more than 48 hours.

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at the discretion of the admin team.

Open a ticket in the GRN Discord with your in-game name, the date of purchase and the payment reference. Requests are usually answered within 72 hours.

Refunds are returned via the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account or method.

If you have used part of a monthly VIP period, we refund pro-rata for the unused days, rounded up to the nearest day.

The following cannot be refunded:

• Stat resets, name changes, and other one-off actions that have already been applied.
• VIP time on an account that has been banned for cheating or abuse.
• Purchases older than 12 months.

Being banned does not entitle you to a refund of VIP time. Access to the servers is conditional on following the rules, and this is set out in the terms of service.

If a ban is later overturned on appeal, the VIP time lost during the ban is restored to your account.

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback results in a permanent network ban, because it costs the community more than the original payment was worth. Every refund request made in good faith gets a fair hearing.
