- The easy case: these have a proper Add Server screen.
- Play → Servers → Add Server. Name it anything, address mc.playgrn.com, and leave the port on its default 19132.
- Save and join. Nothing else to install.
Guide
Xbox, PlayStation and Switch give you nowhere to type a server address. Here's how to get around that and onto the server.
Most Minecraft servers are Java-only, so if you play on a console or a phone the answer is usually “you can’t join that”. This one runs Geyser and Floodgate, which means Bedrock players connect to the same world as Java players — same map, same shops, same economy — and you do not need a Java account to do it.
Bedrock's default port is 19132, which is what this server now listens on — so you can leave the port field blank and it will still connect.

Questions
Xbox, PlayStation and Switch only show Mojang's featured partner servers and give you no field to enter your own address. It is a restriction of the console versions, not of the server you are trying to reach. BedrockConnect and DNS redirects both exist purely to work around that missing text box.
No. GRNBLOCK runs Floodgate, which handles Xbox authentication directly, so a Bedrock account is enough. You do not need to own or link a Java Edition account.
Yes. Everyone arrives in the same GRNBLOCK hub and picks a server from it, and Bedrock and Java players share whichever world they choose — same map, same shops, same economy, same land claims. A Bedrock player and a Java player can stand next to each other and trade.
It works, but be aware of what it does: it points your console's DNS at a third-party server, so all of that console's name lookups go through whoever runs it. That is a real trade-off. BedrockConnect does the same job without redirecting everything, which is why it is listed first here. Either way, only use services you have looked up yourself, and set your DNS back when you are done.
Java and Bedrock speak different protocols on different transports, so they listen separately. Java rides an SRV record, so you type mc.playgrn.com with no port at all. Bedrock ignores SRV records, but it runs on 19132 — which is Bedrock's own default — so the port field can be left exactly as it is.
Leave the port alone — 19132 is Bedrock's default and is exactly what this network uses, so a blank field is correct. If it still fails, remove the server entry and add it again rather than editing it: the Bedrock client caches a failed entry.
Console connection problems are usually the port or a cached server entry. If neither fixes it, ask in Discord — say which console you are on and what the error says.
