• Install from inside: Claude Code and Codex install with one button, from their makers' own installers.
• Up to 5 people: add accounts and pick each one's role: private, shared, read-only or admin.
• Updates in the app: a bar offers Update now; your chats, settings and license stay as they were.
• Runs on your PC: your code and chats stay on your machine; Kiln itself only calls home to check the license and for updates.
• Works offline for two weeks: the license is checked twice a day and holds for 14 days without the internet.

The getting-started guide takes you from the download to your first answer in about ten minutes, then covers people, your phone, updates and moving to a new PC.

Get help

Support runs through tickets in the GRN Discord. Join the server, open #kiln-support and pick the kind of help you need: installing and signing in, your license or billing, a bug, or a question before you buy. A person answers in your ticket, and only you and GRN staff can see it.

For a license question, have the email you bought with and the last five characters of your key ready.
